Blog Update #4
Finally hitting the magic number!
I am very happy to say, I have finally hit 100 followers on Medium! Thanks to everyone who has followed and supported thus far!
It’s only been a couple of months, and I even had to take a long break at the beginning because of covid, but it didn’t matter! I’m going to send in my application to the partner program very shortly after writing this!
I also want to use this post to talk a little more about how I’m feeling with the page in general, and it’s direction!
Since the last blog update, I’ve pretty much been posting every other day, and I really am enjoying that schedule. Writing daily was worth it to get the algorithm on my side, and is what helped me get to 100 followers. Now that I’m here though, I’m going to probably switch over to a less set-in-stone schedule. It’ll probably be every other day, with some exceptions sprinkled in here and there. I feel as though breaking from the daily schedule will allow me to focus on quality over quantity, and putting out more in-depth articles.
I also want to talk about the type of articles that will be worked on! In this area, nothing is really changing too much. I’m going to keep a constant stream of music/country music related posts, but I may branch a little further out into fiction and poetry as well. My fiction skills are rough, but the more I do it, the better it gets, and I really enjoy writing fiction, so I may be posting some of the better stuff I do in that area.
