Blog Update #5
Busy as a bee
Hi! Just wanted to give a quick little update on what I’ve been doing, and why I haven’t been posting a ton (again).
It’s starting to crack into spring time here in North Carolina, and that means all sorts of things are starting to ramp back up for me!
First things first; photography!
I’ve been getting back out taking pictures, now that the snow seems to be gone, and the weather is heating up. I’ve spent several days wandering around looking for photos to take, several days editing photos, and even one day getting my photos put up in a local restaurant!
Dividing my time between writing and photography has been harder than I first assumed it to be, as it seems one usually takes over the other because I’m bad at multitasking. Rest assured though, I still haven’t chosen one over the other, and I’ll still be writing.
I’ve also been assisting my dad in his Storage Wars-esque endeavors of buying storage units.
Lots of long days of heavy lifting, and lungs coated with mold spores. I do enjoy the process though, and it’s something to make a little money.
The days in between all of these little adventures have been rest days where I swear I’m gonna write, and then ultimately am too lazy to do so, or a day I take to hang out with my buddies.
I have some article ideas brewing, and I thank you all for sticking around through all the small hiatuses. I’ve been listening to lots of great new music and am excited to share some of it with y’all!
